Step away from the noise, the screens, and the constant scroll. Body Sync Sessions are a tech-free space to return to the beautifully complex technology of your own body. We slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what moves us, from the inside out.
All bodies and movement experiences are welcome. You have full bodily autonomy—I offer guided invitations, and you choose what feels right for you.
What a Session Might Look Like:
We might start with a guided dance party on your yoga mat, shift into a yoga-asana-inspired flow, melt into gentle movement on the ground, and end in mindfulness, meditation, or community connection time. Each practice is an invitation, not a prescription.
Available occasionally through 2025, with expanded offerings in 2026.

Background
Rooted in Kaila June Kellikuli’s Somatic Groundwork® methodology (I’m currently pursuing ISMETA certification), these sessions also draw from my decades-long yoga practice (200hr YTT certified, with continued study through the Resonance Yoga Mentorship Program with Jacoby Ballard) and the playfulness of my 30+ years as a dancer.
