Creative Clarity Sessions: Vision to Visible

1:1 creative consulting for artists and organizations navigating visibility, documentation, strategy, and systems—without losing your soul.

For artists who want to share their work with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

Imagine This...

You sit down with your coffee (or tea, or matcha), open your laptop, and instead of staring at a tangled mess of ideas and sticky notes, you’ve got a clear, exciting plan that actually feels like you.

You know your next step—and the one after that. You’ve got tools in your pocket, a strategy that matches your energy, and a guide who knows how to keep the process creative, grounded, and even a little fun.

That’s what Creative Clarity is all about, turning “I don’t know where to start” into “I can’t wait to begin.” Here, we connect the intelligence of your body with forward-thinking media tools, so your vision comes to life with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

Who It's For

Artists, educators, and creative humans navigating the tender (and often messy) space between having an idea… and making it real. If you’re overwhelmed by visibility, tech, structure, or next steps, this is for you.

Whether you’re planning a new project, organizing your digital presence, or trying to document your work without burning out—this is a space to get unstuck and seen.

What’s Included

Each 1:1 session is tailored to what you need most, which might include:

  • Clarifying your next creative steps

  • Organizing your media archive or online presence

  • Creating structure for a grant, residency, event, or project

  • Talking through a stuck project or digital transition

  • Building a visibility plan that honors your values, energy, and artistic process

  • Nervous system-friendly accountability and support

This isn’t rigid consulting. It’s embodied, strategic, artist-to-artist guidance—with space to pause, plan, and reimagine what’s possible.

Why It Matters

Your creative work deserves to be seen without burnout, shame, or overwhelm.

These sessions are here to remind you that you don’t have to do it alone, and that your clarity doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

How We’ll Work Together

Think of our time together as equal parts creative lab, strategy session, and cheerleading huddle. Here’s what it might look like:

  1. We Start with Your Spark
You bring the ideas, dreams, questions, or challenges that are keeping you up at night (or getting you up in the morning). We’ll get clear on what matters most right now.

  2. We Map the Terrain
Together, we’ll lay out the big picture—what’s possible, where the roadblocks are, and what resources you already have in your corner.

  3. We Build Your Next Steps
No vague pep talks here. You’ll leave with a practical, customized plan—tools, timelines, and a sense of momentum you can actually feel.

  4. We Keep It Human
Our sessions are rooted in embodied practices, meaning you’re encouraged to slow down, notice, and check in with how each idea lands in your body—not just your to-do list.

Whether it’s one focused session or a series of ongoing check-ins, you’ll walk away with more clarity, more confidence, and a path forward that feels as doable as it does exciting.

Janaea Rose Lyn,

Award winning dance artist, author, educator, mentor and accompanist

"After transitioning from two decades as a dance company director and another two decades as a college educator, I wrote Choreographing Your Dance Career. I re-entered the dance community as an independent artist and author who needed help with understanding how to utilize the current social media landscape to promote myself and my book. I also required guidance to feel more comfortable creating informational videos  and preparing for interviews and podcasts.

Ri listened my both my accomplishments and insecurities and gave me concrete skills for using different social media platforms, and creating posts and videos. She took time to review my website and give suggestions that were very helpful and I could implement myself. Ri also reviewed Choreographing Your Dance Career and using her dance perspective and technical expertise she gave me a blueprint for developing and presenting content in a cohesive and progressive way to best promote the book and my services as an artist and mentor at this career stage.

This was a good process because I started from a place of confidence about my work in dance but with insecurity about working with social media and in other virtual formats. Working with Ri I felt acknowledged in both areas and she gave the tools and information I needed to feel empowered to effectively promote my work and myself, thank you!"
