Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy This policy covers all online and in-person workshops, bundles, 1:1 sessions, and optional add-ons. My goal is to keep things flexible while respecting the time, energy, and prep work that goes into each offering. 💻 Online Workshops Full Refund: Cancel at least 7 days before start date. 50% Refund: Cancel 3–6 days before start. No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of start time. Tech Issues: If tech gremlins keep you from joining, email within 24 hours. Refunds/credits handled case-by-case. 🏢 In-Person Workshops Full Refund: Cancel 10+ days before. 50% Refund: Cancel 5–9 days before. No Refund: Cancel within 4 days of event. Illness/Emergency: Contact me ASAP. With documentation, I may offer a future credit. 📦 Bundle Packages Refunds are prorated based on sessions used. Full refund only if no sessions attended and within the eligible refund window. Sliding scale pricing applies; refunds match the amount paid. 🛠 1:1 Tech Follow-Up Sessions Non-Refundable once scheduled. Reschedule Free: 48+ hours’ notice. Late Reschedule: Less than 48 hours may mean a $10 fee or forfeiting the session. 🎨 1:1 Creative Consulting Sessions Online by default (in-person available +$20, location permitting). Non-Refundable due to custom prep work. Reschedule Free: 72+ hours’ notice. Late Reschedule: Less than 72 hours may mean a $20 fee or forfeiting the session. No-Shows: Count as completed. Illness/Emergency: One-time courtesy reschedule possible with documentation. 🔁 Transfers & Substitutions Transfer your spot to someone else up to 48 hours before at no cost.
