VIDEO & PHOTO SERVICES
What kinds of projects do you film?
I specialize in movement-informed filming for live performances, promo reels, artist archives, dance films, and behind-the-scenes coverage for creative productions. I also work with theater, music, interdisciplinary art, entrepreneurs, innovative creators, and educational events.
Do you only work with dancers?
Nope! While I specialize in movement-based work, I’ve filmed theater, music, interdisciplinary art, educational programs, and creative community events. I love working with educators, artists, entrepreneurs, and innovative thinkers of all kinds.
Do you travel for projects?
Yes! I’m based in Phoenix, AZ but available for travel. Additional travel costs apply outside the local area.
What’s the turnaround time for photo & video edits?
Most projects are ready in 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Rush edits are available—just ask!
How much does it cost to hire you for a video or photo project?
Rates vary depending on the scope: number of cameras, length of event, editing needs, and travel. I offer packages as well as custom quotes. Reach out for a tailored estimate.
FAQ
Workshops & Tech Education
What kinds of workshops do you offer?
I lead both in-person and online workshops covering topics like digital tech literacy for artists, documenting your creative work, beginner video editing, and embodied approaches to using cameras and other forms of technology.
Can you create a custom workshop for my organization?
Absolutely. I regularly design sessions tailored for schools, arts organizations, and creative groups. We’ll work together to match your goals, timeline, and budget.
Do I need to be “tech-savvy” to take a workshop?
Nope. My teaching style is supportive, playful, and jargon-free. You’ll learn at your own pace and walk away with tools you can actually use.
FAQ
Creative Consulting
What happens in a consulting session?
We focus on your goals—clarifying your vision, mapping your project, choosing tools that work for you, and setting up next steps. Sessions can be one-time deep dives or ongoing support.
How do I know if consulting is right for me?
If you have a project in mind (or a jumble of ideas) and want support getting it into motion—whether that’s creative strategy, tech help, or accountability—consulting is a great fit.
How is creative consulting different from coaching or mentoring?
Creative consulting with me is hands-on and project-focused. While coaching may center on personal growth and mentoring may share my own career experience, consulting is about your project—we map it, troubleshoot it, and move it toward completion with tangible strategies.
Do I need to have a fully formed idea before booking a session?
Not at all. Some clients come in with a polished concept; others come in with a half-formed spark. Either way, we’ll work together to clarify and shape your vision.
What kinds of projects have you consulted on?
Everything from grant proposals and graduate academic thesis projects to video series, online courses, community events, and movement-based installations. I love interdisciplinary and experimental projects, and thinking about the interplay of bodies and technology.
Can you help me with both creative direction and technical setup?
Yes! That’s my sweet spot, combining artistic visioning with tech know-how, so you can move from concept to completion.
Do you offer ongoing accountability support?
Absolutely. Many clients choose a package of sessions so we can track progress, set milestones, and keep momentum going over weeks or months.
Can I combine consulting with your video production or workshop services?
Yes! We can build a custom package that includes consulting, filming, and/or group training for you or your team.
